Acme Tools is offering buyers two free items from a list of three when they purchase a DeWalt DCB2184-2C battery/charger starter kit. Pro Tool Reviews reports the offer is scheduled to run through Jan. 20, 2027, and says the selected items have a combined stated value of up to $358.
Acme Tools is offering two free DeWalt items to customers who purchase a DCB2184-2C battery/charger starter kit, according to a deal report by Pro Tool Reviews. The reported promotion lets buyers select two items from a list of three, with a combined stated value of up to $358.
The three reported choices are a DeWalt 20V Max 3/8-inch impact wrench with hog ring anvil, listed at $179; a DeWalt 20V Max XR three-speed oscillating multi-tool, listed at $159; and a DeWalt 20V Max XR 5.0Ah premium lithium-ion battery pack, also listed at $159. Customers may choose any two of those items to include with the qualifying kit order at no extra price, according to Pro Tool Reviews.
The report says the DCB2184-2C kit includes two batteries: one 20V Max 4.0Ah battery and one 20V Max XR 8.0Ah battery, along with a charger. The promotion is tied to buying that specific starter kit; the source does not describe the free-item offer as applying to other DeWalt battery kits.
Pro Tool Reviews puts the maximum stated value of the two selected items at $358, which would apply to a selection of the $179 impact wrench and either of the $159 items. The report gives Jan. 20, 2027, as the offer end date. It does not provide a separate price for the qualifying kit or explain whether taxes, shipping, or other conditions affect the final order total.
What Buyers Get With the Kit
The promotion may appeal to DeWalt users who already need a battery and charger, because the purchase also brings a choice of two additional items from the listed selection. The options cover different needs: an impact wrench for fastening work, an oscillating multi-tool for cutting or sanding tasks, or an additional 5.0Ah battery for longer use between charges.
The stated savings are based on the listed values of the free items, not on a verified comparison of the kit’s sale price against other retailers. Buyers should compare the qualifying kit’s current price and check the cart’s final total before ordering. The promotion’s practical value depends on which two items a customer wants and whether the kit price is competitive for them.
For shoppers who need the kit and can use two of the eligible items, the bundle may provide more value than buying the components separately. Those who do not need the battery kit, or who would not use the available add-ons, may find the headline savings less relevant. The report does not include customer restrictions or detailed promotion terms, so the offer should be checked at checkout.

How the Promotion Is Structured
This is a retail promotion reported by Pro Tool Reviews, rather than a product launch or a change to DeWalt’s tool lineup. The deal’s central condition is a purchase of the DCB2184-2C starter kit at Acme Tools; the buyer then selects two of the three listed items to add at no extra price.
The offer combines a battery-and-charger purchase with a limited menu of tools or another battery. The source describes the kit as containing a 4.0Ah and an 8.0Ah battery plus a charger, while the free-item choices include a 5.0Ah pack. The report characterizes the offer as available at the time it was published and says it runs through Jan. 20, 2027.
Pro Tool Reviews presents the listed dollar amounts as the values of the eligible items and says buyers can receive up to $358 in value. That figure is the sum of the two highest listed item values; it is not a reported cash rebate or a guaranteed reduction in the kit’s price. The source does not provide a promotion code or a direct statement from Acme Tools or DeWalt.

Promotion Terms to Verify
The source report does not state the qualifying kit’s current price, whether the listed items are in stock, or whether all three choices remain available. It also does not spell out whether the deal is restricted by location, customer status, order quantity, or other terms. Those details may affect whether a buyer can complete the offer as described.
Acme Tools’ live product and checkout pages were not included in the source material, so the promotion’s current status has not been independently confirmed here. The reported end date is Jan. 20, 2027, but the report does not say whether the offer could end earlier if inventory runs out or the retailer changes its terms. The listed item values also should not be read as a cash saving unless the checkout price reflects them that way.
Check the Offer Before Ordering
Interested buyers should confirm that the DCB2184-2C kit and both desired free items appear in the cart before placing an order. They should review Acme Tools’ current promotion terms, stock status, shipping charges, taxes, and final price, and verify that the offer still applies. The source gives Jan. 20, 2027, as the scheduled end date, but does not confirm how the retailer will handle any changes before then.
